It also tells you in the timeline when you have new followers and when your tweets have been fav'd more unique features include ssl for all requests (secure) and real time streaming so no more refreshing or waiting around for tweets to arrive. that's in all profiles, in your own profile it also has a tab for retweets giving you further tabs for retweets made by your followers, made by you AND your own tweets retweeted by others (sadly it doesn't tell you who did it).

There are a lot of unusual features for a Mac twitter client It has near complete keyboard shortcuts, enough to get by 90% of the time without ever moving your cursor but sadly lacking in the search tab.
